Behind the Design
We were truly captivated by the breathtaking views of the unit overlooking the South Beach Shoreline, and our objective was to seamlessly integrate the panoramic beauty of the surroundings with the interior design. We aimed to create an inviting and tranquil atmosphere, evoking the soothing essence of the ocean right within the living space. The choice of neutral tones and textures, complemented by the soothing blues of the ocean, served as the primary sources of inspiration for the color palette selection in this unit.

Main Color Palette

The dining room welcomes you as you enter the unit through the main door, offering a stunning backdrop of the ocean. To make the ocean the central focus of this space, we've opted for an all-white dining set and chandelier. To further enhance the atmosphere, a floating oval ceiling has been incorporated, casting a spotlight on the area and infusing it with an inviting and sophisticated modern appeal.

Open Concept

Our goal was to seamlessly blend the different spaces while infusing each with a distinctive character.
Throughout the common areas, we have sustained a consistent material tonality to ensure cohesion. However, we've also introduced unique elements into each area, giving them individual stories. A significant aspect of our design was the strategic use of lighting to unify the spaces while accentuating their individuality. The pops of blue accents throughout the apartment evoke a refreshing oceanic ambiance.

Elements that Bring Warmth
For the main floor, light wood was the choice. The neutral tones on it resemble the color of the sand. We incorporated neutral wallcoverings to add texture, light wood, and taupe lacquer paneling to bring warmth.

Bring Nature In
A stunning blue Macabaus quartz countertop was the selection for the kitchen. Its blue tones and veining resemble the ocean and its waves. Natural moss accessories were also incorporated to give the space a fresh feel.
Master Bedroom - A Modern Beach Retreat
Light blues and neutral tones bring calm and relaxation to the owner’s suite. A wood slab bench adds a natural touch. A pair of statement lighting fixtures bring luxury and uniqueness to the room.

Master Bathroom
A wood arch frames the entry to the master bath. Lighting directs the attention to a beautiful floating tub with a stunning Victoria quartz backdrop, drawing you into a relaxing oasis.
Pops of Sunset Colors Were the Main Characters of the Guest Suites.
Guest bedrooms and bathrooms were inspired by South Beach's beautiful sunsets that can be seen in the afternoon from almost every corner of this unit. We used yellows, coral, and orange tones.
